Seasonal Availability
Some seasonal flowers shown in the website may not be available at a certain period. Therefore, we might substitute similar style of flowers with equal or greater value. We strive to make every effort to maintain color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
Change / Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of orders are accepted up to two days before the delivery day. A refund of 90% of the grand total will be returned with 2 business days subsequently. Fleur Hong Kong may authorize full refund if there are no wastage with floral materials intended for the cancelled orders. For credit card refund payment, it takes normally 2-3 weeks for the credit processor to refund to your credit card company.

All orders made will be confirmed by us with 24 hrs.
Delivery to all Residential Halls of local tertiary institutions
Please be mindful that most dorm service front desks are unable to take the floral items on behalf of students. Therefore, Fleur Hong Kong will contact the residential halls recipients before deliveries by phone, iMessage and/or Whatsapp.
However, Fleur Hong Kong is currently unable to deliver to the residential halls of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Exceptions to HKUST orders may be possible but not guaranteed.
Delivery to Public Hospitals
Generally, staff of public hospitals do not welcome deliveries of flower bouquets to staff, as they are already quite busy.
On the other hand, public hospitals have a very strict visiting hours at 5 to 7pm daily to patients. Therefore, given the stricter delivery requirements, all orders to public hospitals will not be able to be furnished.

Fleur Hong Kong takes the privacy of our customers extremely serious.
We have a clear and concise privacy policy, making sure only minimal information is required to process your order.
Your privacy is so important that:
- All order information will not be divulged to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Fleur Hong Kong does not advertise customer's companies or testimonials.
- We never spam. All e-mail correspondances are strictly for processing your orders.
- Delivery crew of Fleur Hong Kong does not have sender information.
- Fleur Hong Kong customer representatives have been trained not to divulege personal information and order information via social engineering.
